- 12 large eggs
- 1 Roma Tomato
- Green Onions (to taste)
- 4-6 oz Prosciutto
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pie Crust (I generally use the Pillsbury ones, all you have to do is unroll them)
- Salt
- Pepper
Chop green onions and Prosciutto. Dice tomato. Shred Cheese.
Crack eggs into mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until completely mixed. Add milk. Stir in ingredients, but leave out enough cheese to cover the top of the Quiche. Add Salt and or pepper if you’d like.
Pour mixture into pie crust and place on cookie sheet. Cover with left over cheese. Bake @ 350 for approx. 1 hour.
Enjoy.
