Hello my friends! How was your weekend? The other weekend I worked, so like I mentioned before I wasn’t able to attend the Monster Jam this year with the family. I sent Wayne, Emma, Noah, and one of Noah’s friends on their way before I headed off to my other job. Before that happened though we had another big event happen: baseball tryouts. Up until now Noah has played in the local parks and rec leagues. This year is the first year he is old enough to tryout for our small town’s club.
Luckily the tryout timing worked out well and they were able to take off right afterwards to attend the Monster Jam! It was certainly a fun and eventful day for them.
Monster Jam Review:
Every year my Kids love attending the Monster Jam when the tour stops in Portland. They each take some time looking through the lineup and pick their favorite truck to cheer on. It’s always so exciting for them when they are actually there in their seats because at the Monster Jam you never know what kind of crazy shenanigans are going to happen! You’ll see trucks flipping, getting stuck, crashing…it’s every kid (and secretly every big kid’s) dream to see.
This year Emma was really excited because there were 3 female racers! All the kids were also excited to see 4 new trucks at the show. Noah always gets a kick out of watching the atv racing as well.
