Hello everyone! I hope all is well. This summer has been moving along so incredibly quickly! With the new job, Anika participating in the county fair, and I as a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding…I won’t lie, life these past few weeks has been a bit stressful.
I spent a little while on here the other day looking through some old blog posts, like the one I mentioned about ways to simplify stress, and it made me reflect back on life lately. Sometimes you can’t necessarily change the stressors that you are going through, but you can change how you are coping (or lack of ) with them.
