Portland friends! As I mentioned on here a couple of weeks ago, Monster Jam® is returning to the Moda Center this weekend! For all the details check out this post.
My husband will be taking the kids as I have a prior commitment, They are so excited! It’s always good when one parent can take the kids to go do something special. It makes for great memories. As we’ve all attended Monster Jam shows in the past, I’ve got a few tips for you to keep in mind prior to heading up there.
What to know before you go to Monster Jam:
Get there early. Parking can be crazy for this event, and if you don’t leave extra early you risk missing part of the show – which is no fun!
Consider purchasing a Pit Pass. For just $10 fans can come to the arena early prior to both competitions for the Monster Jam® Pit Party. It’s a fun experience where you have the opportunity to see the trucks up close, meet the athletes, get their autographs and take photos!
Bring ear protection. This is one thing that I cannot stress more about bringing. It is so fun there, yet very loud. At the very least bring ear plugs, however I would highly recommend some kind of protective earmuffs. It will be a much more enjoyable experience for not only you, but your kids as well.
