Simple Graham Cracker Dessert

I gotta tell you, I can barely keep a box of graham crackers in the house. My children will inhale them almost instantaneously – plain. Add some toppings and they disappear before I blink.

Forget smores, try cream cheese.

I bought a couple of flavored cream cheeses made by the brand Raskas. One was a honey nut flavor, the other pumpkin. I enhanced them further with a little decoration. Chocolate sprinkles on the pumpkin, honey, and walnuts on the other.

They were oh so good.

It’s got me thinking about the endless possibilities for flavors with cream cheese, and perhaps attempting to make my own. These were a super simple dessert and makes a great after lunch snack.

I know right? Me and the kids love eating grahams too, even if it's just plain. And yours, yum! I can almost taste it.

What a great after school snack idea! I always ponder buying those flavored cream cheeses and this would be a great excuse for doing so!

Yum! We're going to try this. Thanks for sharing a snack idea like this without peanut butter. I love peanut butter, but I've got a kid with peanut allergy so lots of "traditional" snacks are out. Thanks for sharing at A New Creation link party!
